Yes. For recurring bus transfers we set up dedicated framework agreements — with personal dispatch, agreed vehicle capacities, clear call-off procedures and consolidated invoicing. This is particularly useful for staff transport, hotel and employee shuttles, corporate transfers or regularly recurring events.

We invoice monthly in bulk or per assignment, with cost-centre splits, project tags and auditable documentation for Finance and Travel Management. We sign NDAs on request.

We also assess last-minute requests pragmatically. As a service provider we do our best to find a suitable bus solution for our clients — even when speed matters. The earlier we are involved, however, the greater the choice of vehicles and capacities.

Sprinter and bus services can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before the start of service. For later cancellations we charge graded cancellation fees, as vehicles, drivers and capacities are committed firmly to the assignment. Changes or adjustments we discuss individually with you, provided they are dispatchable and vehicle and crew availability permit.

All drivers hold the professional driver qualification under German BKrFQG. Buses are maintained according to manufacturer and EU specifications; insurance proof and maintenance records available on request.

Both. We choose the right vehicle per assignment from our own fleet or from our selected partner network — point of contact, invoice and responsibility stay with Buskontakt Hamburg / T&M Limousinen Service GmbH.
