Buskontakt Hamburg is the bus division of T&M Limousinen Service GmbH. We are looking for bus drivers to strengthen our team — permanent position, full-time or part-time, a modern premium fleet, a dispatch desk you actually talk to. Lateral entry welcome.

Since 1991, T&M Limousinen Service GmbH has dispatched passenger transport in Hamburg from Sportallee 74 — first as a chauffeur service, today also as the bus division under the Buskontakt brand. We work with our own fleet and a selected partner network, each assignment has a single point of contact, each shift a dispatch desk that picks up the phone. No platform pressure, no piecework hustle.

You hold Category B and have driving experience (lorry, taxi)? We will discuss the Category D upgrade with you — terms individually agreed.

- Passenger transport
- Safe, comfortable journeys in Hamburg, Northern Germany and EU-wide — coach or minibus depending on the assignment.
- Assignment types
- Charters, airport and hotel shuttles, event logistics, staff transport, school trips, weddings, club outings.
- Passenger care
- Service-oriented dealing with B2B clients, travel groups and VIP guests — you are our first business card to our passengers.
- Vehicle responsibility
- Pre- and post-trip checks, cleanliness, reporting smaller maintenance items to the workshop — we keep our fleet up to scratch.
- Documentation
- Driving and rest times under EU regulation, documentation via the digital tachograph.
- Dispatch
- Close coordination with our dispatch desk (Mon–Fri 8 am–8 pm, Sat–Sun 10 am–7 pm). Confirmed trips reachable 24/7.
What you should bring.
- Driving licence
- EU Category D with valid BKrFQG professional driver qualification — or Category B with willingness to upgrade.
- Experience
- Experience in passenger transport is an advantage. Lateral entry from lorry, taxi or other driving professions is welcome.
- Language
- Good German skills (written and spoken).
- Bearing
- Well-groomed appearance, friendly tone, discretion with VIP and business clients.
- Flexibility
- Shift work, weekends and public-holiday duty depending on assignment — dispatch is transparent and plannable.
- Reliability
- Punctuality, team spirit and the standard of delivering every trip cleanly. We tend to work with our people for a long time.

What applicants ask first.
Which driving licence do you require?
For coach assignments: EU Category D plus a valid professional driver qualification under the German BKrFQG. Lateral entry with Category B is possible — we plan the Category D upgrade together with you.
Is lateral entry possible?
Yes. We welcome professional drivers from the lorry sector, taxi drivers and Category B holders who want to switch to passenger transport. Specific terms — cost coverage of the upgrade, scheduling — are discussed during the first interview.
What are the working hours?
Shift models depend on assignment and position — full-time, part-time and fixed weekdays are possible. We discuss the specific shift schedule transparently and in advance.
